  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when purchased.
  • Timeframe: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days for in store purchase and 30 days for online of the purchase date.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-strung rackets, opened shuttlecocks, and clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Process a Return or Exchange

  2. Present your receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. If eligible, we will process your return or exchange on the spot.

How to Initiate an Online Return

  2. Receive Approval – Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
  3. Ship the Item – Pack the item securely and send it back using a trackable shipping method.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • We do not provide return shipping labels.
  4. Refund Processing – Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days for refunds to be processed.
