- Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when purchased.
- Timeframe: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days for in store purchase and 30 days for online of the purchase date.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom-strung rackets, opened shuttlecocks, and clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

- Present your receipt or proof of purchase.
- If eligible, we will process your return or exchange on the spot.
How to Initiate an Online Return

- Receive Approval – Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
