Please Read Before Stringing

  1. No Warranty on String Breakage

    • Strings break due to mishits, tension, or wear. We do not offer free restringing after the racket leaves our store.

  2. Common Breakage Causes:

    • Mishits near weak points (top & sides).

    • High tension stress.

    • Worn grommets cutting strings.

    • Natural wear.

  3. Stringing Defect Policy:

    • Return within 48 hours for inspection. If it's a stringing issue, we'll restring for free.

  4. Tips for Durability:

    • Use thicker strings.

    • Lower tension.

    • Replace worn grommets.
