There are two easy ways to check on your order.
1. Use the link in your email
Every order confirmation and shipping email has a View your order button. Click it to see your order status and, once it ships, the tracking number and carrier updates. No account needed.
2. Sign in to your account
Go to My orders and enter the email address you used at checkout. We'll email you a one-time code, with no password needed, and you'll see all your orders and their tracking.
Local pickup orders
Most orders are ready for pickup within 24 hours. Rackets that need stringing may take extra time, and we'll let you know when yours is ready. Pick up at 200 E Cypress Creek Rd #103, Cedar Park, TX.
